All Parties Hurriyat Conference has castigated the Indian BJP government for using black laws and the judiciary as tools to stifle dissenting voices in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

According to Kashmir Media Service, APHC spokesman Abdul Rashid Minhas, in a statement issued in Srinagar, said that denying a fair trial to Kashmiri prisoners, including the illegal detention of the Hurriyat leadership, raises serious questions about the impartiality of the Indian judiciary.

He said that the Indian police and secret agencies, having failed to suppress the Kashmiri people's unending struggle for self-determination, as granted by the United Nations, have resorted to mean tactics, including house raids, harassment, and the arrest of youth in fake cases in the territory.

The APHC spokesman appealed to the Kashmiri people not to pay heed to the machinations of the Indian BJP and RSS establishment aimed at creating a wedge between the Kashmiri people, their well-wishers, and the Hurriyat leadership.
