Analysts say Hindutva ideology of Indian government is suppressing minorities
September 03, 2023

Ali Raza Syed (Chairman Kashmir Council EU, Brussels): The journalists and the others who are asking for the rights of Kashmiri Muslims are put behind bars by the Indian forces. The common man in India cannot even use social media to raise voice against Modi's policies. Now the international media is also on the hit list of Narendra Modi's government. Whenever the international media talks about the freedom of speech in India, Modi government goes against them. Narendra Modi cannot hide human rights violations in Manipur, Haryana and in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir from world. The European parliament has also started raising voice against the human rights violations in India. I am convinced that the participants of the G20 conference will also talk to Narendra Modi regarding the rising human rights violations. The Kashmiri people have high hopes from Pakistan as Islamabad has always highlighted the Kashmir dispute on all international forums very effectively.

Dr. Muhammad Khan (Defense Analyst): Since Narendra Modi came into power in India, he is continuously working on the agenda to promote Hindutva ideology in his country. Minorities in India are facing the worst atrocities by the Hindu goons. The low caste Hindus and especially Dalits comprise 17% of total Indian population and are facing atrocities by the higher caste Hindus. It is observed that one Dalit is being killed every hour. The followers of Hinduism have one point agenda and that is to convert the country into a Hindu state.
