Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has approved conferment of Sitara-i-Khidmat and a cash prize of ten million rupees for Nurse Razia Noreen, who risked her life to save a child in the PIMS fire incident.

Paying rich tribute to her exceptional courage, the Prime Minister said Nurse Razia Noreen displayed exemplary responsibility and bravery.

He also praised Nurse Razia Noreen for demonstrating remarkable devotion to duty by risking her own life to rescue a child from the flames just moments before major destruction took place at the hospital.

Shehbaz Sharif said the entire nation, including himself, is proud of Nurse Razia Noreen for risking her life to save a precious human life.

The Prime Minister said that dutiful and devoted individuals like Razia Noreen deserve the highest level of appreciation and national recognition.
