Federal Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunication Shaza Fatima Khawaja met World Bank Vice President Ousmane Dione during her visit to South Korea.  

During the meeting, discussions focused on Pakistan's digital economy, e-governance and measures to strengthen the country's IT infrastructure.

The World Bank reaffirmed its commitment to continuing technical and financial support to expand digital skills among Pakistani youth and promote the freelancing sector.

Meanwhile, during a visit to leading technology organisation DeltaX in Seoul, Shaza Fatima Khwaja held detailed discussions on promoting artificial intelligence and digital marketing in Pakistan.
