A three member Pakistani swimming team is participating in the 18th FINA World Championship beginning at Gwangtu, South Korea today.

Some 4,500 athletes and officials from around 193 countries are taking part in the championship, which also serves as a qualifying round for 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

The Pakistani swimmers include one male and two females, including Haseeb Tariq, Bismah Khan and Mishal Ayesha Ayub.
