Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has directed the immediate removal of all encroachments from Islamabad and ordered that no encroachment be tolerated in the federal capital.

He gave these directions, while visiting various areas of the city today.

The Minister also reviewed cleanliness, civic facilities and beautification arrangements, and inspected schools, hotels and other public places.

He directed the authorities to launch a comprehensive beautification plan for roads and green belts, besides undertaking large-scale tree plantation at vacant sites.
