Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has approved the new curriculum for schools and directed inclusion of artificial intelligence in the curriculum from Classes One to Twelve.

Chairing a meeting in Lahore today, she called for establishing AI labs and strengthening primary education to improve students' educational foundations and digital literacy.

The meeting was given a detailed briefing on the Punjab Education Curriculum, Training and Assessment Authority.
