The 58th death anniversary of renowned classical singer from Patiala Gharana, Ustad Bade Ghulam Ali Khan was observed today [Thursday).

He was born in Kasur in 1902.

Bade Ghulam amalgamated the best of classical musical traditions into his own Patiala-Kasur style.

He died in Hyderabad on this day in 1968.
