Political leadership of Afghan Taliban has reached Kabul after 20 years in exile in Qatar.

Mullah Abdul Ghani Bradar and other leaders have returned to country to form the transitional government.

Meanwhile, flights evacuating diplomats and civilians have re-started at Kabul's airport.
