The leader of the proscribed Action Committee, Aman, has admitted planning the attack on security forces in the Baloch (Baithak) area of Azad Jammu and Kashmir while threatening to carry out similar attacks elsewhere.

The proscribed Action Committee has consistently promoted violence through inflammatory rhetoric, misleading narratives and armed groups.

Experts said Aman and other leaders of the proscribed committee are systematically promoting anti-state and provocative narratives as part of an organized campaign.

They added that the threat of violence through armed groups reinforces the view that the proscribed Action Committee is acting as an Indian proxy to create instability.

The experts further said decisive action against those using armed groups to attack security forces and those challenging the writ of the state is essential to ensure the effective enforcement of the law.
