According to a leaked European Union Threat Assessment report, Afghanistan under Taliban control has become a serious challenge to European security.

The report specifically identifies the terrorist group Daesh Khorasan operating in Afghanistan as one of the most severe external threats to Europe.

It also warns that terrorist groups in Afghanistan are spreading extensive propaganda through the internet and social media to mislead the young people.
