Speaker Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly Choudhary Latif Akbar has extended gratitude to China, Azerbaijan and Turkiye for their support in favour of Pakistan in its recent stand-off with India.

Addressing a news conference in Islamabad on Thursday along with other Hurriyat leaders, he called upon international community to pay heed towards resolution of Kashmir dispute in accordance with the relevant UN resolutions.

The Speaker expressed the hope that Kashmir will be free soon and  become a part of Pakistan.

In his remarks, Hurriyat Leader Ghulam Muhammad Safi emphasized to resolve the Jammu and Kashmir dispute as per the aspirations of Kashmiri people and resolutions of United Nations.

He said it has become quite difficult for India now to digest the defeat. He said that ugly face of Narendra Modi stands exposed as he is being vigorously criticized in his own country.

In her remarks, Wife of jailed Hurriyat leader Yasin Malik, Mishaal Malik, said India is exporting terrorism worldwide and entire world has become cognizant about the human rights violations in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir by the Indian occupation forces.
