Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi visited the Press Information Department in Islamabad today.

On this occasion, the Governor was given a detailed briefing on PID's role in effectively communicating government’s policies and the national narrative.

He said the Ministry of Information and its affiliated departments are playing a vital role in safeguarding national interests. He further lauded PID's role in effectively countering Indian propaganda

Faisal Karim Kundi described the initiative to establish a Digital Cell in Peshawar as a welcome step, saying that achieving superiority in the digital domain is an important requirement of the modern era.

Earlier, Principal Information Officer Mubashir Hassan welcomed Governor Faisal Karim Kundi.
