President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif have expressed deep grief and sorrow over tragic loss of lives and property caused by the devastating landslides and heavy rains in China.

In their separate posts on X handle, they extended heartfelt condolences to President Xi Jinping, the Government and the people of China, especially the bereaved families.

They said Pakistan stands in solidarity with Chinese brothers and sisters during this difficult time and pray for the swift recovery of the injured.
