Afghan Taliban regime has turned Afghanistan into a hub for regional and global terrorist networks.

At a meeting of the UN Security Council on threats to international peace and security, China’s Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Sun Lei said that terrorist organizations operating in Afghanistan continue to pose a serious threat to neighboring countries.

He urged the Taliban regime to take effective and decisive action against all terrorist elements in Afghanistan.
