A police official was seriously injured in firing by the violent group in Kotli, Azad Kashmir, once again exposing the group’s claim of being peaceful as false.

According to details, a police constable was seriously injured when members of the group opened fire on police personnel in the Kala Dab area of Kotli district of Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

The group had blocked the road, causing difficulties for citizens. Police launched an operation to restore traffic flow.

During the operation, armed members of the group opened unprovoked fire on the police personnel, injuring Azad Kashmir Police Constable Abdul Rauf.

The injured constable was shifted to the DHQ Hospital in Mirpur, where he is receiving treatment.
