Governor Balochistan Syed Zahoor Ahmed Agha has said that the present government is taking concrete steps to ensure provision of balanced and nutritious food, basic health facilities and education to the children across the province.

He was talking to a delegation comprised of representatives of various International Organizations led by the Director General National Health Services Dr. Baseer Achakzai that called on him in Quetta.

Speaking on the occasion, the Governor said that due to poverty and backwardness, people in remote districts of the province are facing various problems and difficulties regarding health and nutrition issues.

He urged all government and international agencies to focus on the people of remote districts.
