Sindh government and World Bank have agreed on a comprehensive strategy to address child stunting in the province.

The agreement was reached during a meeting between Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah and a World Bank delegation, led by its Country Director Bolormaa Amgaabazar, in Karachi today [Monday].

The meeting decided to bring health, nutrition, clean water, sanitation, social protection, and agriculture sectors under a common framework.

It was also decided that maternal and child nutrition, immunization, and family planning services will be further strengthened through health and social protection sectors.
