Security forces have killed a key terrorist commander, identified as Muawiya, during an intelligence-based operation in the Chapri Naryab area of Hangu district.

The slain militant was the mastermind behind the attack on the Khazina Banda checkpoint, in which police personnel were martyred.

The killing of Muawiya is a major blow to the terrorist network and reflects the resolve of security forces to eliminate terrorism and bring those responsible for attacks on security personnel to justice.
