Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan Amir Muqam and Sindh Governor Syed Muhammad Nehal Hashmi held a meeting in Karachi.

The overall national situation, particularly law and order, development and public welfare in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, came under discussion in the meeting.

Speaking on the occasion, Amir Muqam said the federal government is committed to developing Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit-Baltistan, ensuring public welfare and providing basic facilities to the people.

The Governor said the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa had immense potential to play a greater role in Pakistan's progress and prosperity.
