
The Interfaith Harmony Society of the Civil Services Academy Lahore, comprising probationary officers of the 54th Common Training Programme, organised an event titled “Interfaith Harmony Dialogue: Building Bridges of Understanding, Respect and Peace”.
The purpose of holding the event was to promote dialogue among faith communities and strengthen the values of mutual respect, tolerance and peaceful coexistence.
The speakers emphasised the need for sustained engagement among religious communities, effective public policy, quality education and responsible leadership to counter intolerance and strengthen national cohesion.
The event concluded with remarks by Director General, Civil Services Academy, Farhan Aziz Khawaja while emphasizing that public service is founded on integrity, empathy and mutual respect, urged to carry the spirit of interfaith harmony into their professional responsibilities and contribute towards building a more cohesive and peaceful society.
