National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited is all set to launch a new operating model for the country's power transmission system aimed at improving efficiency and reliability.

The development was shared during a briefing to Minister for Power Sardar Awais Ahmad Khan Leghari by NGC officials in Islamabad.

The minister termed it a critical step toward strengthening Pakistan's power sector.
