Caretaker Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi has congratulated the Sikh community on the 554th birth anniversary of Baba Guru Nanak.

In a message, the caretaker chief minister said that Baba Guru Nanak Dev Ji was the proponent of peace, love, and brotherhood. He said that his teachings reflected tolerance, the dignity of people, equal rights, and interfaith harmony.

He also welcomed over three thousand yatrees around the globe to participate in the birth anniversary of Baba Guru Nanak Dev Ji.

He said that the Punjab government has provided the best facilities to the Sikh community to participate in Baba Guru Nanak's birthday celebrations and perform religious rituals.

He said that special services of residence, journey, and security have been provided to Sikh Yatrees through a tourist package.
