Punjab government has started mock exercises by Civil Defense and Rescue 1122 across the province to ensure preparedness for any emergency amid prevailing situation.

On the directions of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, Civil Defense Department has been fully activated.

Mock drills are taking place in Rawalpindi, Murree, Jhelum, Chakwal, Sargodha, Narowal, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Sahiwal, Multan, Muzaffargarh and other key locations of the province.
