Minister for Power Syed Ali Zafar has said that thousands of megawatts electricity will be produced by coal reservoirs.

He was addressing a ceremony on completion of fiscal year of 660 megawatts Lucky Power Project in Islamabad today.

He said Lucky Power Project will be constructed near Port Qasim in Karachi with the cost of 1.08 billion dollars.

He said that such project should be installed for improvement energy situation in the country.
