Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar has said the entire world acknowledges Pakistan's diplomatic efforts to de-escalate the prevailing situation in the region.

Addressing a news conference in Islamabad today, he said there is an extreme anxiety in India due to Pakistan's enhanced role and significant relevance on the global stage. On the other hand, the Indian media is criticizing the Modi regime because New Delhi is increasingly becoming irrelevant in global affairs.

Attaullah Tarar said what an irony it is that some leaders of a political party are involved in hatching conspiracies against the country at a time when Pakistan is achieving significant milestones on the diplomatic front. He asserted that no political party or leader is above the state and national interests must be prioritized at all times. He said disrespecting the country under the guise of political opposition is intolerable.

The Information Minister mentioned that the children of the PTI founder were allowed to visit Pakistan using their National Identity Cards for Overseas Pakistanis, yet they continued to seek other means.
