Advisor to the Prime Minister on Industries and Production Haroon Akhtar Khan has said the government is facilitating business community and engaging relevant stakeholders to promote industrial revival, improve competitiveness and create an enabling environment for businesses to expand their operations.

He was chairing a meeting of the Task Force on Export and Industrial Enhancement in Islamabad.

The Advisor assured government’s full support for initiatives aimed at industrial development and export growth. He reiterated that the government would continue working closely with the private sector to identify bottlenecks, facilitate businesses and develop policies that respond to the actual needs of industry.

Haroon Akhtar Khan reaffirmed that export growth, industrial expansion and economic revival remained key government priorities.
