Counter Terrorism Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Police during an intelligence based operation killed six terrorists in Talash area of Lower Dir district today (Wednesday).

These terrorists were wanted in different terrorist attacks and were planning subversive activities in the area.

Arms and ammunition including six Kalashnikovs and three hand grenades and multiple cartridges were also recovered from their possession.  

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and Inspector General Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police Zulfiqar Hameed have commended CTD and police for successful operation.
