The presence of terrorist organizations in Afghanistan and Pakistan’s stance in this regard have once again been proven correct and endorsed at the global level.

In an interview with BBC, Britain's Special Representative on Afghanistan, Richard Lindsay, said that Afghan soil must be prevented from being used by terrorist groups against other countries. He said terrorist organizations are active on Afghan soil which pose a serious threat to the security of the region.

Richard Lindsay also made establishment of diplomatic relations with the Taliban regime conditional on the international community recognizing them as the legitimate government.

He said the Taliban regime's international acceptance depends on practical measures related to human rights and security and women's rights.

The British Special Representative on Afghanistan said the Taliban regime must respect human rights and ensure access to secondary and higher education for girls.

According to experts, the statement of British Special Representative on Afghanistan is a clear indication that the world is no longer ready to blindly trust the Taliban regime's claims.
