President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif have commended the security forces for successfully thwarting terrorist attacks in Gwadar and neutralizing ten terrorists.

In their separate statements, they paid rich tributes to the professional capabilities and bravery of the security personnel who foiled the nefarious designs of terrorists.

Expressing deep grief and sorrow over the martyrdom of a citizen during terrorist attacks, the President and the Prime Minister prayed for the higher ranks of the departed soul and patience for the bereaved family.

President Asif Ali Zardari said conspiracies against the peace and stability of Balochistan cannot shake the resolve of its people toward progress and prosperity.

He emphasized that establishing peace is essential to protect the rights and interests of the people of Balochistan.

The President also strongly condemned the misuse of the dignity of Baloch women for political motives.

In his message, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said terrorists are enemies of Balochistan's development.

He said the terrorists of Fitna Al-Hindustan will never succeed in their evil designs.

He said operations under Azm-e-Istehkam vision will continue at full pace to completely eliminate terrorism.

Shehbaz Sharif said the entire nation stands shoulder-to-shoulder with the armed forces and law enforcement agencies to completely eradicate the foreign-sponsored terrorism.
