Gilgit-Baltistan government has declared three villages of District Hunza calamity-hit areas in view of the damage caused by the recent earthquake.

According to Home Department’s notification, the affected areas include Zoodkhun, Sitmerg and Ispang of the Chapursan valley of District Hunza.

The relief and rehabilitation work in the affected villages will be completed on priority basis.
