Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has congratulated Sardar Zafar Abbas Baloch on his victory in by-election in PP-83 Khushab.  

In a statement, she said this victory vindicates the public popularity of the Pakistan Muslim League (N) and peoples' welfare policies initiated by government.
