The government has reduced the prices of petroleum products for a week starting from today.  

According to a press release issued by the Ministry of Energy, the price of petrol has been reduced by 74.28 rupees per litre. The new price of petrol is 299.50 rupees per litre.  

The price of High Speed Diesel has been decreased by 67.31 rupees per litre. The new price of diesel is 311.47 rupees per litre.
