Balochistan government and the protest committee have reached a written agreement following successful talks.

Addressing the Jirga, Head of the government negotiating committee and Provincial Health Minister Bakht Muhammad Kakar said the successful negotiations between Balochistan government and the protest committee have paved the way for peace, reconciliation and mutual trust.

He said Balochistan government will ensure the implementation of all legitimate demands of the martyrs' families in accordance with the established policy.

Bakht Muhammad Kakar said establishment of a judicial commission, consultations on the law and order situation and enhancing the capacity of the police are part of the government's concrete and serious measures.

He said sacrifices of the martyrs are an asset of the whole nation, and respecting, supporting and ensuring the welfare of their families is among the foremost responsibilities of the provincial government.
