
Pakistan and China have agreed to enhance cooperation in police training exchange programs and in modern technology and equipment.
This came at a meeting between Interior Mohsin Naqvi and the Chinese Vice Minister of Public Security in Islamabad.
It was also agreed that China would assist Pakistan in establishing a modern Law Enforcement Centre.
Mohsin Naqvi said the Law Enforcement Centre will be another shining symbol of Pakistan-China friendship. He said China’s AI-based technology and modern equipment can greatly help us address security challenges.
The Interior Minister said Pakistan desires to further expand cooperation with China in the field of internal security.
The Chinese Vice Minister of Public Security praised Pakistan's sacrifices and firm commitment in the fight against terrorism.
