
Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif says the government is taking all possible measures to facilitate the business community, promote investment and increase exports.
He was talking to CEO of Pak-Japan Group Chaudhry Asif Mahmood, who called on him in Islamabad today.
They discussed initiatives for the welfare of overseas Pakistanis and measures to boost the country's exports.
The discussion also focused on provision of a favourable investment environment for overseas Pakistanis and effective steps to resolve their issues.
Matters regarding further expansion of trade and economic cooperation between Pakistan and Japan were also discussed.
The Prime Minister emphasized steps to promote Pakistani products in global markets, expand access to new international markets and address the challenges faced by exporters.
