Railways Minister Hanif Abbasi called on Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz in Lahore on Friday.  

During the meeting, both discussed the overall political situation, development projects and modern transport infrastructure in Punjab. 

Punjab' first bullet train and high speed trains projects also came under discussion.

Hanif Abbasi appreciated the success of the CM Laptop and Honhaar Scholarship Phase-II programs.

Speaking on the occasion, Maryam Nawaz said the bullet train and modern railways network will provide new opportunities for economic activities and employment.
