A ceremony to express solidarity with the valiant armed forces of Pakistan and commemorate the success of operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos against the blatant Indian aggression was held at the F-9 Park in Islamabad on Friday.

People from all walks of life, including school children attended the ceremony with high level of enthusiasm.

Among other things, stalls of various departments including the Islamabad Capital Police were the highlights of the event.

On the occasion, Station Director Islamabad Police FM Radio Ayesha Jameel held a special interaction with Radio Pakistan Correspondent Muhammad Ahsan Amjad.

Terming Pakistani nation as a steel wall, Ayesha Jameel said foes of the country will not succeed in their nefarious designs to stoke divisions within the national fabric of the country.

She also commended the role of Radio Pakistan in strengthening national integration and unity.

Inspector Ishtaiq of the Islamabad Police also talked to the national broadcaster saying the nation stands united in the face any foreign aggression, including the recent Indian attack.

Similarly, school children also expressed solidarity with the brave armed forces of country.
