Pakistan has called for a peaceful resolution to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. 

Speaking at the UN Security Council emergency session on Poland's request, permanent representative of Pakistan to the UN, Ambassador Usman Jadoon said military solutions are counterproductive and serve only to sow seeds for future conflicts.

Ambassador Usman Jadoon said Pakistan stands ready to support all regional and international efforts that pave the way for a peaceful resolution of the current conflict.
