
Preparations for the 51st International Seerat-un-Nabi (Sallallaho Alaihe Wassalam) Conference have gathered momentum, with the government deciding to hold the event in a befitting manner during the month of Rabi-ul-Awwal.
The decision was taken at a review meeting chaired by Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Sardar Muhammad Yousaf in Islamabad today.
The meeting reviewed in detail the arrangements and other matters related to the conference.
Speaking on the occasion, Sardar Muhammad Yousaf said the Ministry of Religious Affairs has the honour of organizing this year's prestigious and blessed conference.
He said the event will play an important role in introducing the younger generation to Islamic teachings and the life of the Holy Prophet (Sallallaho Alaihe Wassalam).
The Minister said the conference will bring together eminent religious scholars, prominent Islamic personalities, academics from across the country, and delegates from various countries.
He said the participation of international delegates will help promote the universal message of the Seerat of the Holy Prophet (Sallallaho Alaihe Wassalam) across the world.
