Pakistani intending pilgrims will enjoy historic facilities in Mashair.
This was announced by Director Hajj Makkah Azizullah Khan during an interview with Radio Pakistan's correspondent Abdul Rehman Cheema today (Monday).
Sharing details, he said the for the first time in history, Hujjaj will have sofa-cum-beds instead of mattresses while tents are upgraded with gypsum board walls and air coolers have been replaced with air conditioners. He added elevated luggage storage racks have also been introduced to enhance comfort.
The Director, further, said the dedicated sections are overseeing food, health and transport related arrangements round the clock for maximum facilitation of the pilgrims.
Regarding distribution of Nusuk Cards, he said over 99 percent cards have been issued to the pilgrims, who have arrived in the Holy Land.
Azizullah Khan lauded role of the State Broadcaster (Radio Pakistan) for providing information and raising awareness in this regard for the guests of Allah and their families.
