The Nation will celebrate 73rd Independence Day with full enthusiasm and national fervor on Wednesday.

To mark the Day in a most befitting manner, preparations are at its peak.

Most of the major markets, roads shops and malls are flooded with national flags, stickers and badges, attracting buyers especially young generation ahead of Independence Day celebrations.

In Sindh, government and non-governmental organizations have chalked out a series of programs to celebrate the Independence Day.

Preparations to celebrate 73rd Independence Day are in full swing in districts of Southern Punjab, Multan and Dera Ghazi Khan.

Like other parts of the country, preparations for Independence Day celebrations are at full swing in Balochistan.

In this connection, special programs and seminars are being held in universities, colleges and schools across the province to highlight the struggle for a separate homeland.

Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan has directed all divisional commissioners to observe Independence Day as Kashmir Solidarity Day to express full support with brave Kashmiri people.
