All Parties Hurriyat Conference has stressed that India must be punished for violating global laws and agreements in Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

In a statement issued in Srinagar, the APHC said India is continuously flouting all international laws and conventions while depriving Kashmiris of basic human rights.

It said the Modi regime revoked Kashmir's special status in flagrant violation of international laws.

The APHC said India is settling non-Kashmiris in IIOJK and granting domicile status to non-locals on a fast-track basis against UN resolutions.

It said the Modi regime is grabbing Kashmiris' land and properties in violation of international norms, while forcibly denying Kashmiris their universally recognized right to self-determination.

Meanwhile, the ongoing Indian military operation entered its 19th consecutive day today, with heavy explosions and intense gunfire once again echoing from the dense forest area of Rajouri district of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Indian forces have been carrying out a large-scale operation in the Dori Maal area of Gambhir Mughalan in Rajouri district.

Indian forces have tightened the cordon around the forest zone, while extensive search operations are underway.
