Caretaker Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Syed Arshad Hussain Shah says despite financial constraints the government is taking steps for development of merged districts. 

Addressing a function in Peshawar today, he said the government is making sincere efforts on priority basis to resolve issues of merged districts.

The Chief Minister said a separate cell will be established in Chief Minister House Peshawar for registration of public complaints about monitoring of performance of government institution departments.
