Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Minister Amjad Hussain has reaffirmed the government's commitment to bringing significant improvements to the healthcare sector across the region.

Chairing a meeting in Gilgit, he directed the relevant officials to complete the automation and digitalization project of major hospitals in the region in coordination with the Information Technology Department.

The Chief Minister also ordered the termination of all staff attachments involving general nurses and technical personnel, directing that they be deployed at major hospitals across the region.

He further instructed the authorities to ensure their regular attendance to improve healthcare service delivery and strengthen hospital operations.
