In Afghanistan, ten Taliban were killed and six others injured when they launched offensive to overrun checkpoints around Ghazni city today (Sunday).

In a statement, army spokesman said a group of militants launched offensives to capture checkpoints in Zargar and Antan areas but their attempts was repulsed by the security forces.
