On the occasion of Defence and Martyrs Day, a ceremony was held at the Martyrs’ Monument at General Headquarters (GHQ).

The Chief of General Staff laid a wreath at the Martyrs’ Monument and offered Fateha.

Similarly, ceremonies were also held in Lahore and Gujranwala to honour the sacrifices of Pakistan's armed forces.

Corps Commander Lahore visited the Yadgar-e-Shuhada and laid a floral wreath at the monument.

In Gujranwala Garrison, General Officer Commanding laid a wreath at the Martyrs' Monument and offered Fateha.

A heartfelt tribute was paid to the eternal sacrifices of the martyrs on the occasion.
