Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar chaired a high-level meeting in Islamabad today to review sugar production at the conclusion of the current crushing season.

He expressed satisfaction that sugar production during this season has been encouraging, noting that it would ensure adequate supply in the market to meet domestic demand while helping maintain price stability.
