In Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Indian forces have turned innocent Kashmiri children into the worst victims of state terrorism with 933 children martyred and over 108,000 orphaned since January 1989.

According to a report released by Kashmir Media Service on the International Day of Innocent Children Victims of Aggression, the killing of the children is part of 96,497 total Kashmiris martyred over the last 38 years.

Thousands of children have been injured by bullets and tear gas, while many lost their eyesight. Hundreds of minors continue to languish in jails under draconian laws.

APHC spokesman Advocate Abdul Rashid Minhas has strongly condemned the systematic abuse of Kashmiri children and called upon the United Nations, OIC, EU and international child rights organizations to intervene immediately to protect them from Indian violence.

Meanwhile, in Rajouri, Operation Sherawali entered its 13th consecutive day today with fresh gunfire and heavy explosions rocking the Gambhir Mughlan and Dorimal areas.

Despite using helicopters, drones and massive troop deployment, the forces have failed to achieve any success. The prolonged brutal siege has completely disrupted normal life and spread fear among civilians.

Strict restrictions, including a complete leave ban on employees and heavy frisking have been imposed in Poonch district.
