Advisor to the Finance Minister Khurram Schehzad has said financial approvals under the Prime Minister's Apna Ghar Programme have crossed 313 billion rupees, registering a 117 percent increase in just two months.

In a post on X handle, he said over 53,100 housing loans have been approved since June this year, reflecting a 111 percent.

The Advisor said that over forty-five billion rupees have already been disbursed under the programme, representing a 120 percent increase.

Khurram Schehzad said the Prime Minister's Apna Ghar Programme is gaining strong momentum expanding access to affordable housing finance while helping unlock activity across Pakistan’s housing and construction ecosystem.
